If you are using QuickBooks to manage your sales, you know it allows you to create the backup file. The backup file contains company details, that include all data the point of sale or company stores in the Quickbook desktop instance. Recently when I created a Quickbook backup file (filename.qbb) and tried to restore it, it asked for the admin password of the company. I created the company account months ago and have forgotten the password. The backup file can't be restored without a password, and important business data comes at a risk of losing. Finally, I figured out a way to remove the password from the QBB file.
